Job Description:
Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to collaborate with the Global Head of Access Policy on complex health policy projects. This role focuses on enhancing healthcare and drug reimbursement systems, particularly in the UK and Germany. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time options based on budget considerations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of projects contracted to external vendors.
- Build an evidence base to support healthcare reforms, focusing on medicine valuation, pricing, and adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Procurement, and Compliance to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Ability to work effectively with executives in both private and public sectors.
- Experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry, ideally in health policy, health economics, or access roles.
- Strong understanding of medicine assessment, valuation, and reimbursement in European health systems.
- Independent worker with initiative, attention to detail, and strong vendor management skills.
- Open to individuals from other pharmaceutical areas interested in health policy.
