Project Administrator - Chester (Hybrid Working) - 18 Months + JOB PURPOSE To deliver aspects of the project process, assist the project delivery team and provide support to the wider E&P organisation. This role will offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office and the option to do 2 days from home. The hours will be either 8:00am - 4:00pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm but there is some flexibility around this if needed. TYPICAL / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Manage office building to ensure issues, maintenance and improvements associated with the office building are delivered to standards. To implement all departmental policies and procedures for the building. - Engage and assist Team leads with co-ordination of HR personal (interviews, on boarding, movements, reports, trackers) assists with implementation of all departmental policies and procedures. - Support budgetary control for E&P cost centres by preparing relevant information required by Finance. Identify data and reporting issues. - Manage and lead on ASW and CSW contract renewals within E&P organisation.
