Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to work on a Part Time basis (20 hours) and to join their team permanently.
This role is a hybrid opportunity and offering a salary up to £25,000 (Pro Rata).
The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team and play a vital role in the Finance function.
Description
Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly into the Finance Manager
* Processing invoices and credit notes
* Managing high volume of invoices
* Ensuring invoices are coded and inputted correctly
* General administrative duties
* Assisting with queries
* Assist in weekly payment runs
* Adhoc duties
Profile
The successful Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk:
* Experience in a similar position
* Experience in finance systems
* Good Excel skills
* Be a team player
* Able to commute to their office in Sutton-in-Ashfield
