Corporate Solicitor – Bristol – Up to £85,000
A highly regarded regional law firm with a strong reputation for advising high-growth and entrepreneurial businesses is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its expanding Bristol office. The Role:
* Advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions
* Supporting on private equity and venture capital investments
* Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and joint venture arrangements
* Providing strategic corporate and growth advisory support to clients
* Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Bristol team
About You:
* 2–6 years’ PQE Solicitor with solid experience in corporate transactional work
* Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business development
* Collaborative and proactive team player
