Job description: Lead and support a variety of IP-driven transactions, including IP-heavy M&A and advisory work Negotiate a broad range of IP, technology, licensing and separation agreements with clients directly Manage a diverse caseload of large-scale and mid-market commercial matters Build long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser across IP and commercial needs Collaborate closely with the wider Commercial and IP Disputes teams on cross-border and national matters Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing Support business development and help deepen client engagement through thought leadership Required profile: A qualified lawyer with 3 PQE and strong experience in IP transactions and advisory work Background advising on patent, technology, life sciences or know-how agreements Confident leading matters and managing client relationships Commercially minded, with the ability to turn legal advice into strategic value Skilled at managing multiple workstreams and meeting time-critical deadlines What we offer: Addleshaw Goddard is a place where you are not just valued but encouraged to reach your full potential.
