Seeking Support Workers in Keynsham, Bristol
1. Full-time or part-time hours
2. Hourly Rate £12.35; sleep nights are paid at £45 per night
3. It is essential that you hold a full UK or EU or Designated Country driving licence as the people you will be supporting ask that you are able to drive their mobility vehicles.
We are looking for proactive, engaging and caring people to join our support teams in Keynsham, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism to live their best lives - the lives that they choose to live.
We provide 24-hour support across three homes in Keynsham, as well as providing Outreach support. When we meet you for interview, we will consider your personality, interests and strengths to best match you with those of the people we support.
You will have plenty of ‘get-up&go’ about you as the people you will be supporting enjoy busy, active lives …… swimming is a favoured activity so you will be top of their list if you can enjoy this with them!
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.

4. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be incurred by Dimensions.
