We are looking for a new Regional Operations Manager to lead and harmonize operations across multiple EMEA sites. Manages an entire region for the business. Manages multiple Operations Managers, Leaders and Senior Technical staff to lead large organizational results. Area of responsibility may include multiple sites or a very large single site. Works with Regional and Global Leadership teams to develop, integrate and coordinate business operational plans across global business division. Executes and continuously monitors the operational strategies and action plans for the business. Supports the management of overall growth and success of financial and strategic objectives for the region and overall business. Drives established performance improvement standards to achieve excellence, which aligns with the Company's operational strategies and requirements. Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. Develops and ensures success of implemented business plans for department or business. Establishes budgets for the business and works with leadership to develop and implement short and long-range objectives and criteria for monitoring progress. Implements and executes capacity and capability strategies. Assists Industry Lead in the development of capacity and capability strategies by sharing operational, customer and market intelligence. Manages costs in accordance with assigned budget. Develops a competent team by overseeing the selection, development and training of team members. Maintains an awareness of employee morale and institutes appropriate employee-relations activities. Maintains an employee/team contingency and succession play. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
