This is a varied and rewarding role where you will work closely with Shared Lives Carers and the people they support, helping to create and maintain arrangements that are safe, supportive and built around individual needs.

Undertaking comprehensive assessments of prospective Shared Lives Carers, you will support their journey through the approval process, ensuring they meet the requirements of the scheme and relevant regulatory frameworks.

You will also support the introductory process, helping to ensure successful matches between carers and supported individuals, and will provide ongoing support through regular telephone contact and home visits.

Alongside this, you will manage a caseload of Shared Lives Carers, offering guidance and responding to any challenges that arise within arrangements, including more complex situations and those relating to safeguarding.

Additionally, you will:

- Liaise with funding and benefits teams regarding financial aspects of the service
