Your new role
As an Executive Assistant within the Structured Products Markets division, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Proactive diary and inbox management
2. Coordination and organisation of internal and external events
3. End‑to‑end travel arrangements
4. Processing and reconciling expenses
5. Providing support with day‑to‑day ad‑hoc requests to ensure seamless team operations
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience in a similar role within a financial services environment
7. Strong proficiency in Outlook and the wider Microsoft Office suite
8. Familiarity with corporate expense management systems
9. A collaborative, team‑oriented approach
10. A polished, professional demeanour and excellentmunication skills
