Duties & Responsibilities: Plan, deliver, and report on community-led initiatives across the UK. Build and maintain relationships with social value contacts within our customer portfolio. Report social value delivery in line with National TOMs reporting requirements. Support customer social value presentations and meetings. Work alongside Business Development Managers and Account Management Teams to grow customer social value relationships. Deliver Go Green’s ReEducate programmes in educational settings. Collaborate with the Corporate Content Team to develop case studies for completed projects. Effectively manage a portfolio of customers. Organise and deliver internal events to raise social and environmental awareness. Essential Attributes: Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels. High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple workloads. Comfortable representing the business in various external settings. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams. Full clean driving licence (essential for UK travel). Willingness to undergo a DBS check. Experience Required Previous experience in community engagement or social value delivery is desirable. Familiarity with reporting frameworks such as National TOMs is advantageous. Experience working within sustainability, waste management, or related industries preferred. Strong background in relationship management and event coordination. Education: No specific degree required, but relevant qualifications or experience in social value, sustainability, or community engagement would be beneficial.
