Project Manager – Small Works Location: Projects based locally with Head Office support We are recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking main contractor with exciting plans for continued growth. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Small Works Division, delivering main contracting projects valued up to £7–8 million. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with site, commercial and design teams to ensure successful delivery. The Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of multiple small works or individual mid-value projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
