Overview
Citi is a world‑leading global bank with approximately 200 million customer accounts and a presence in more than 160 countries. The Equity Finance Technology team in Belfast is seeking a developer to build and maintain the front‑end user interface using agile methodology.
Responsibilities
* Engineer the User Interface capabilities as per the book of work.
* Perform code reviews of development conducted by others.
* Resolve high‑impact problems through evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
* Provide expertise and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
* Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
* Assess and manage risk, supporting compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and reporting control issues transparently.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
* Proven experience in programming, project management, and successful project delivery.
* Subject‑matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
* Ability to adjust priorities quickly in a changing environment.
Key Skills and Experience Required
* Experience building user interfaces.
* Technical skills in C#, .NET, WPF, SQL, and Git.
* Experience performing QA.
* Ability to work in high‑pressure environments.
* Flexibility to collaborate with a global team across time zones.
* Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking.
* Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Any Beneficial / Nice‑to‑Have Skills

* Knowledge of Prime Services.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
