The Role: Field Sales Executive
You'll be responsible for driving new distribution and building strong relationships within the independent convenience retail sector, representing an outstanding portfolio of well recognised branded vapes
What you'll be doing:
Identifying new distribution opportunities through proactive lead generation
Building and nurturing relationships with convenience retailers
Boosting brand visibility with impactful in‑store activation and merchandising
Delivering exceptional customer service
Managing your territory and pipeline to maximise productivity
Keeping CRM systems updated and accurate
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you are:
A confident communicator with experience in B2B or B2C sales (estate agency, retail sales, telesales, or field sales all welcome)
Someone with a full UK driving licence
Target‑driven with strong commercial awareness
A natural people‑person who enjoys working at pace
Highly organised with good time‑management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
What We Offer
£28,500 base salary
£4,200 annual commission (on‑target)
£5,000 annual car allowance
