Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and sales collateral. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information and resources for proposals. Conduct research to gather market intelligence and identify potential leads. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details. Provide support to sales representatives by responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns. Assist in the development and maintenance of sales documentation, including contracts and agreements. Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on project status and sales pipeline. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
