What You’ll Do –
* Oversee all daily branch operations including sales, operations, administration, Health and Safety, people management and stock control;
* Supervise, motivate and lead the branch team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional service, leading by example and acting as a role model at all times;
* Take responsibility for the delivery of sales and profit growth, and ensure the achievement of high performance levels from all areas of the branch across a suite of financial and business KPI’s;
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company policies, and industry regulations;
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally;
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers and manage stock, pricing policy and margin to generate maximum profitability for the branch.
* Drive business growth through local marketing and strategic planning.

* Previous branch management experience in a builders merchants or in the building industry is essential.
