Pre-Sales Leader / Senior Solutions Engineer Enterprise Networking Solutions CISCO Premier Partner Package: £55,000 - £60,000 Company Car Allowance: £350 pm Location: Runcorn, North West About the Role We are looking to hire an experienced Pre-Sales Leader to head our pre-sales function and play a pivotal role in shaping technical solutions for our customers. This is an opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll influence strategy, collaborate with a talented team, and work closely with stake holders & interdepartmental heads to deliver enterprise-grade networking solutions to our premium customer base. What You’ll Do * Lead the Pre-Sales Function: Own and develop the pre-sales capability, setting standards and driving excellence. * Solution Selling: Bring enough knowledge of solution selling to pull together compelling proposals that meet customer objectives. * Design Bespoke & BAU Solutions: Create robust, scalable solutions for existing customers, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with business needs. * Enterprise Networking Expertise: Scope out solutions at a technical level, leveraging your deep understanding of networking technologies. * Build SOW’s: Finalise & Approve scopes of work for our full range of technical, & commercial managed services. * Customer Experience: The point of contact from project inception through to delivery, cradle to grave. Representing the business to the highest of standards throughout the process. Being with the customer at each step of the journey ensuring that their experience is world class. * Customer Engagement: Accompany Sales Account Managers to customer meetings, acting as the technical authority and trusted advisor. * Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with internal subject matter experts for specialist input when needed. What We’re Looking For * Proven experience in Pre-sales leadership, ideally within enterprise networking or related technology sectors. * Strong technical background with the ability to design and articulate complex networking solutions. * Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior stakeholders. * A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and leverage internal expertise. * Commercial awareness and understanding of solution selling principles.
