Job Description
The Junior Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments within the UK. This role offers exposure to various aspects of property management, with ongoing training and support to develop your skills and career.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage maintenance requests, including raising purchase orders, sourcing, and monitoring contractors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
* Maintain effective relationships with customers.
* Respond to customer queries via telephone, email, and letters.
* Distribute development information as needed.
* Collaborate with customer groups such as RAs, RMCs, RTMs, etc.
* Resolve customer complaints effectively.
* Conduct development inspections and ensure compliance with Trinity Estates management responsibilities.
* Source, appoint, and manage tradespersons for portfolio works.
* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety and industry legislation.
* Complete monthly reports accurately and promptly.
Qualifications and Skills
* At least 1 year of experience in the property sector.
* ATPI qualification is desirable (willingness to work towards it).
* Knowledge of leasehold management is advantageous.
* Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with good organization and prioritization skills.
* Full UK driving license is desirable.
