The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration and customer service whilst being the front face of the hospital. This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments.
We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential.
We are looking for someone that can do evenings and this role could possibly suit someone that looks to work after school hours. The Evening shifts are 4pm-9pm Monday to Friday.
What you will bring with you
1. Experience in a front facing or customer service role
2. Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
3. Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
5. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day to day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
6. Positive, willing attitude
7. Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.
