Parts Order Processor

Join a dynamic team at our client, a leading organisation in the industry, dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Processor to contribute to our Spares and Service Department.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service / Order Processor, you will be instrumental in delivering administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within the department. Reporting to the Service and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and inventory processes.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry:
- Accurately process customer spares orders from initiation to final dispatch.
- Manage purchase orders and stores requisitions.
- Maintain records of engineer's car stocks.
2. Sourcing and Negotiation:
- Source spares and components from both internal and external suppliers.
- Engage in price negotiations when necessary.
3. System Management:
- Update the computer system with any price changes.
- Track stock levels to assess turnover and reordering needs.
- Replenish stock as required.
4. Communication and Liaison:
- Prepare and send quotation faxes or emails.
- Answer general telephone inquiries.
- Coordinate with couriers and shipping/transport companies.
5. Financial Administration:
- Raise invoices and credit notes.
- Maintain organised filing systems for records.

Full-time, 8-hour shifts.
