We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Facilities Directorate. The role will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Fleet Management service based at Royal Victoria Hospital.
Responsibilities
• Deal with phone, email and face‑to‑face enquiries from staff across the organisation regarding fleet vehicles.
• Input data to local and national databases.
• Liaise with contractors and, on occasion, transfer fleet vehicles (cars) between NHS Tayside sites.
Key Requirements
* HNC/SVQ III/SCQF Level 7 or equivalent in office or business administration or equivalent knowledge gained through experience.
* Experience of working in a customer‑focused environment.
* A full driving licence.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
