What You'll Do
You will support the Client Services Team in managing key luxury hotel client accounts—both UK and internationally. Your role will involve working closely with the team to drive the success and delivery of our digital marketing programmes, supporting clients with website maintenance, social media management, and email marketing.
What You'll Bring
Responsibilities:
* Manage client relationships alongside Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing success
* Support Account Managers by inputting tasks and briefs into scheduling systems
* Create comprehensive briefs for assigned tasks
* Coordinate with digital marketing, content, design, development, and project management teams to complete tasks on time and as per brief
* Plan and deliver client promotional activities in collaboration with relevant teams
* Assist in note-taking during client and internal meetings
* Maintain up-to-date client account data across Journey systems
* Participate in client calls and face-to-face meetings
* Assist with minor website content updates, such as image changes
* Develop knowledge of digital marketing and the hospitality industry
Technical Experience
* At least 1 year of client-facing experience and account management
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing; hospitality experience is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics for Beginners course)
* IT skills, preferably Mac familiarity
