What Were Looking For: Experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, Pastry Commis or strong Demi in a high-end or Michelin-recommended restaurant
Strong technical ability in patisserie, plated desserts, and modern techniques
Passion for flavour, detail, and elegant presentation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A positive, team-focused attitude and desire to learn
Must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
