Salary: £31,000 - 71,000 per year Requirements: Analytical strength and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and using structured tools to identify root causes Technical understanding and continuous improvement experience, ideally with exposure to process control, equipment ownership, or engineering principles Coaching and training skills to build capability within the team and communicate complex information clearly Confidence with data and systems Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with MES or similar systems A proactive, collaborative approach Strong communication skills, openness to change, and a passion for learning and sharing best practices Responsibilities: Analyze machine data to eliminate losses and take ownership of data analysis for your area Lead root cause investigations and coach the team on structured problem-solving techniques such as 5 Whys and fishbone diagrams Implement and sustain process standards and GMP requirements to ensure consistent process control strategies Manage and maintain the integrity of the MES system, Centerline DMS, and Changeover DMS for your area Train operators and equipment owners on process knowledge, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement tools Lead rapid changeover workshops and support change management processes Share best practices across the site to play a key role in reducing downtime and improving line performance Technologies: DMS Support More: We are KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family, employing around 2,400 colleagues across seven sites in the UK.
