Imagine being the hero who turns a guest's holiday around! When things don’t go as planned, you’ll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand their concerns and ensure everything is back on track. You’ll log feedback and follow up, making sure every guest feels valued and heard.
As you become an expert in all things guest-related, we’ll support you every step of the way. This isn’t a scripted role; we want you to bring your unique personality to work and engage with our guests in a genuine way.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a friendly telephone manner, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to offer solutions that enhance our guests’ experiences.
About You
Shift Patterns
Our Guest Services Team is available 7 days a week, and you’ll be working on a rota of 5 out of 7 days. As a Guest Services Team Member Plus, your week will include:
* Cleaning accommodations on Mondays and Fridays
* Delivering fantastic service to guests during their holiday
No two days will be the same! You’ll enjoy the variety of working with different team members and guests, making every shift exciting.
This is a full-time permanent role.
Your working pattern will look like this:
* Team Member Plus across Accommodation and Guest Services
* Monday and Friday Cleaning in Maple Walk from 10:00 - 15:00 (with a 15-minute break)
* 60-minute break before your Guest Services shift from 16:00 - up to 21:00 (occasionally later)
* 3 other working days in the remaining 5 (including weekends)
Live-in accommodation is available for those who may need to relocate.
