I run a veterinary practice.
Technically.
But let’s be honest… I’m a cat.
So I actually run the place.
I live here. I supervise everything.
We’re looking for a vet.
An experienced one. Someone who can support and mentor Holly, our new graduate, as she works through her GDP.
But more importantly…
I’m looking for the right human.

The culture (read this properly):
We’re a team in the real sense of the word.
We’re supportive, honest, sometimes loud, and we look out for each other.
We don’t do:
12. hierarchy
13. egos
14. corporate-style pressure
15. targets
We’re proudly inclusive and value diversity across the team.
We’re working towards our autism-friendly award and are genuinely supportive of neurodivergent team members.
We recognise that people work in different ways and actively support that.
If you want somewhere you can do your job properly, be yourself, and enjoy the people you work with, it might be exactly right.

Outside of work:
We believe in work to live, not live to work.
16. Holidays are supported, not restricted
17. The team covers each other
18. Burnout isn’t normalised
Some of us play netball together, many enjoy fitness and the outdoors, and we’re right on the edge of the Peak District.
Dogs are welcome at work.
