What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters. This includes both freehold and leasehold transactions, handled confidently from instruction through to completion. A strong grasp of the legal and procedural aspects of residential property work is essential, along with the ability to work independently and deliver a high standard of client service.
