Manager
Duties:
- Assist the manager in day to day operations of running the Pub
-Lead by example
* Ensuring the venue is clean, tidy and safe for customers and patrons
-Offer a welcoming and attentive experience to customers
-Manage and address any internal or customer conflict
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality and pub trade
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of drinks and able to up-skill staff with drinks knowledge
- Familiarity with licensing objectives and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Personal license holder would be preferred but not essential
