Our Client, Tameside Council, is seeking an Adults Team Manager to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Lead and supervise Integrated Care Assistants, including rotas, performance, and training.
* Oversee safe delivery of community/reablement support and ensure care plans are followed.
* Work closely with health and social care partners (OTs, nurses, social workers, hospitals).
* Handle quality checks, safeguarding, incidents, and compliance with policies/CQC standards.
* Support service users and families, resolving issues and ensuring person-centred care.
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and digital system updates.
* Contribute to service improvements and efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
* Must have minimum of 3 years' experience post qualifying working as a Qualified social worker
