A global leader in advanced technology solutions. Curo are partnering with a global company who deliver their B2B customers cutting-edge technology. Their automated test and assurance solutions accelerate technology development in the lab, and ensure new products and services perform in the real world. They design, manufacture and supply advanced satellite navigation test and simulation systems, many of which comprise radio frequency signal generators plus computer systems running complex application software; all designed in-house.
The Candidate -
You will be an experienced Product Verification and Test Engineer, comfortable working with RF lab equipment and test automation. You should bring strong skills in LabVIEW and/or Python, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver solutions to complex problems. A background in digital communications, RF systems, or GNSS is highly desirable.
The Role -
As a Senior Product Verification & Test Engineer, you will play a key role in the engineering team, focusing on verification and automation of both current and next-generation Positioning test solutions.
Duties -
* Setup and perform complex test procedures in current and next-generation Positioning solutions.
* Generate and update technical documentation.
* Create and maintain test automation scripts.
* Analyse, recommend, manage and implement automation tests as part of the automation team.
* Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and IT Security policies.
Requirements -
* Degree or HND in an appropriate Engineering discipline.
* Strong experience in a Product Verification and Test environment.
* Extensive skills in LabVIEW and/or Python, with Unix and Windows OS.
* Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment (spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, power meters).
* Knowledge of modulation, spread spectrum, interference analysis, baseband filtering, and data formatting.
* Skilled in automation using engineering test equipment.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
Desirable -
* Knowledge of digital communications, RF system analysis, FEC coding, and GNSS technology.
* Git/GitHub, Pytest, and/or Matlab experience.
