What You’ll Be Doing
 * Cold calling and outreach to uncover new leads – you’re not waiting for business to come to you
 * Proactively identify, target, and convert prospects into long-term clients
 * Represent the agency at trade shows and exhibitions – this is where deals are made
 * Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to pitch tailored exhibition solutions
 * Keep your pipeline hot and organised using our CRM
 * Collaborate closely with internal teams to hand over projects seamlessly
 * Report on KPIs, wins, and pipeline activity to the senior team
What You’ll Bring
 * Proven B2B sales or business development experience (outbound sales especially valued!)
 * A hunter’s mindset – you’re persistent, confident, and not afraid of rejection
 * Exceptional communication skills and natural charisma
 * A proactive, self-starting approach – you chase down leads and make it happen
 * Excellent organisation and follow-up
 * Flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe (some overnight stays)
 * Full UK driving licence + valid passport
 * (Bonus: Experience in exhibitions or events, or a second language)
