Responsibilities
:
1. Identify issues and rmend best practices for the administration of legal entities and subsidiaries.
2. Lead functional projects and programs that contribute to business or process improvements.
3. Analyze business trends to inform decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensurepliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Oversee the maintenance of accurate corporate records and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
6. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualification:
Key responsibilities
7. Drive execution of issue, incident,plaint, and RCP remediation
8. Conduct Root Cause Analysis for potential issues and/or closed incidents across GFCCP Programs
9. Liaise with appropriate functional team(s) to define and document rmended remediation plans and follow up with issue owners on timely resolution/implementation.
10. Partner with other BRCLs and business owners to assign and agree ownership of issues originating from outside of GFCCP, ensuring adequate resources are in place to manage GFCCP impacts
11. Establish strong partnerships with line of business and technology representatives that will enable the team to meet business objectives
12. Maintain strong understanding of key risk management principles and PayPal products and services within area of responsibility
13. Engage with Second Line of Defense Teams as part of Issue Management & Remediation Planning
14. Understand impact of BRCL role in the Control Environment and PayPals Risk Taxonomy
15. Support other BRCL tasks & activities associated with Management & Mitigation of Risk for GFCCP
Job Requirements
16. Strong team player with excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
17. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to devise and execute on remediation plans, leveraging your experience and general knowledge of GFCCP Programs
18. Ability to deep-dive problem statements to identify root cause and partner with the business to understand their needs when determining best solutions
19. Extensive knowledge of multiple GFCCP programs, including Seller Risk, a plus
20. Confident engaging with all levels of leadership & asking challenging questions
21. Strong analytical skills, must befortable working with and interpreting GFCCP related data as part of decision-making
