Senior Finance Officer (Treasury & Analysis) role at NIFHA - Northern Ireland Federation of Housing Associations.
The Senior Finance Officer will support the Treasury and Analysis Manager in the production and maintenance of accurate and timely information to facilitate the effective management of the Association’s finances.
Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £38,626 (SP24) – £43,693 (SP34)

Qualifications
* An accounting qualification such as IATI or part qualified with a recognised accountancy body (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent) or Level six qualification (e.g. bachelor’s degree, Graduate diploma) or above in Finance or Business-related discipline.
* A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a finance environment.
* Demonstrable written and oral communication skills with experience in explaining / clarifying technical financial matters to non-finance personnel.
* Excellent IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office to include experience of producing complex spreadsheets as well as word documents.
