We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive to lead the day-to-day management and strategic growth of Charles & Ivy’s social platforms — including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
This role will sit at the heart of our brand communications — shaping the content calendar, driving engagement and community growth, and managing key influencer and collaboration initiatives to ensure consistent, impactful storytelling across every touchpoint.
You’ll work closely with the Social Media Content Creator and wider Marketing team to deliver innovative, on-brand content that builds awareness, engagement, and conversion.
* Develop and execute the social media strategy across all channels in line with brand and campaign objectives.
* Plan and manage the content calendar for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring content aligns with wider marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
* Comes up with initiatives that ensure the brand is growing across each channel and producing content that engages with the follower base.
* Build a consistent Instagram Story strategy — ensuring frequent, engaging posting (including BTS, product features, polls, and collaboration content) to strengthen community connection.
* Drive sales through shoppable content by incorporating tap-to-shop links, product tags, and clear CTAs where relevant.
* Monitor performance across all platforms — tracking key metrics (growth, engagement rate, reach, sales, etc.) and reporting on KPIs.
Influencer & Collaboration Management:
* Own the end-to-end management of gifted and paid influencer partnerships, from identification and initial outreach to negotiation, contract finalisation, and campaign execution.
* Develop clear, compelling briefs for all collaboration partners, ensuring content aligns with the brand's tone of voice and campaign goals.
* Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and affiliates, maintaining an active and well-organised database of ongoing and potential partnerships.
* Analyse and report on the performance of all influencer campaigns, providing insights on ROI and recommendations for future strategy.
* Work closely with the Social Media Content Creator to ensure visuals and copy align with the overall strategy and tone of voice.
* Stay up to date with emerging social trends, new platform features, and competitor activity to keep Charles & Ivy ahead of the curve.
Skills & Experience
* 2–4 years’ experience in social media marketing, ideally within interiors, lifestyle, or fashion.
* Proven track record of growing and engaging communities across multiple platforms.
* Confident in analytics and KPI reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements.
* Strong expertise in Influencer Marketing and creator economy trends — understanding how to identify, vet, brief, negotiate with, and build long-term relationships with a diverse range of creators.
* Experience with contract negotiation and managing a collaboration budget.
* Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and tone consistency.
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
