As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Logistics Operative (Stores) to join our team. This is a key role at the heart of our operations, ensuring materials flow efficiently to support both production and site delivery.

The Role

Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for managing materials, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting production to keep everything running smoothly.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

· Supporting a busy stores operation within a production environment

· Receiving, checking, and organising materials and stock

· Monitoring daily production requirements and ensuring materials are available

· Liaising with purchasing, production teams, and site teams

· Raising and completing documentation for material movements

· Carrying out stock checks and reporting discrepancies

· Maintaining clean, organised, and safe working areas

· Identifying potential shortages and resolving them

· Preparing materials for site delivery

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

· Experience in stock control or material handling

· Warehouse or factory environment experience

· Strong organisational skills

· Good communication skills

· Basic IT and numerical ability

· A proactive and dependable approach

Desirable:

· Forklift licence

· Stores or inventory management experience

· Procurement or purchasing exposure

· Experience using CRM or stock systems

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
