Location:

Ealing


Working Hours:

Monday – Friday & every other Saturday morning. No late evenings or Sunday working! We are also happy to discuss flexible working options during your interview.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Kitchen Sales Designer, success comes from truly understanding what customers want, and converting that into sales. You'll take time to listen, showcase what we can offer, and confidently guide them through their entire journey with expertise and care. This role is about building trust, collaborating with colleagues, closing deals, and delivering results while creating kitchens using CAD software that customers will love for years to come.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

* Driving and delivering profitable sales and fantastic customer service; building strong, long‑term connections with trade customers and homeowners.
* Building a strong customer base to meet targets, working closely with Travis Perkins colleagues—including Field Sales—to help you and our customers win.
* Using product knowledge and design skills to create bespoke kitchen designs that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* Engaging with both trade customers and homeowners to fully understand their project, exceeding expectations and maximising sales.
* Conducting on‑site visits to homes or building sites to create inspirational designs on CAD at the branch and presenting them to clients.
* Ensuring safety by following all safety policies and procedures, guaranteeing colleagues and customers leave the showroom safely.


You’ll Need

* A full, valid UK driving licence with business insurance.
* Demonstrated capability to achieve and outperform sales and profit targets, supported by strong delivery against role‑specific KPIs.
* Detail‑oriented, organised and determined to achieve results, with a strong focus on planning and execution.
* Excellent communication skills to connect with a diverse range of individuals, from homeowners to tradespeople.
* An approachable, positive personality that shines through, making customers feel valued and building lasting relationships. Confidence to hold financial conversations and ask for the sale.
* No industry experience required: transferable skills, passion for driving profitable sales and delivering outstanding customer service are enough.


Background Checks

If offered the role, the offer will be conditional, subject to background checks including a basic DBS check, a media search, and a review of your work history for the past 3 years.
