Location: Winsford
Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm on a 1-week rotating basis. Rota includes Bank Holidays. (40 hours per week)

We’re searching for a Recycling Operator to join our client’s dynamic team, where they produce polythene film for a diverse range of customers across industries like agriculture, food, and more.
What You’ll Do: As a Recycling Operator, you’ll play a key role in the recycling team, helping to produce high-quality polythene recyclate to support the manufacturing processes. You’ll ensure raw materials are processed efficiently, manage blend changes, perform routine maintenance, and keep everything running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity to grow your skills while enjoying a balanced work schedule.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and tidy workspace. Previous experience in manufacturing or with shift work is a plus, but the ability to use initiative and work both independently and as part of a team is key. Being computer literate and open to learning new systems will help you succeed in this role. A strong commitment to health, safety, and the well-being of your team is a must.
