Service technician

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Slough for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, and execute repairs to meet high-quality standards. They will conduct field service tasks as needed, ensure customer satisfaction through excellent support, and collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficient in vehicle Maintenance & Repair with attention to detail
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
• Experience in Field Service operations and working in diverse automotive environments
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and ensure satisfaction
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards and regulations
• Vocational qualification or relevant certifications in automotive technology preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Previous experience in a dealership setting is a plus
