Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator
Contract Type: Perm/Full-Time
About the role
The role is based in our Aberdeen City Centre offices, but we offer all our team hybrid working, as we understand how important it is to your work/life balance.
You will work closely with the wider Accounts Payable (AP) team (focusing specifically on First Travel Solutions limited), maintaining the highest standards of financial accuracy and establishing strong and effective working relationships with colleagues across the division. Your role is critical in achieving our payment practices performance standards and driving best practice.
Your core responsibilities will involve invoice query resolution and improving automated invoice matching.

Core Responsibilities
* Resolves invoice queries by liaising with AP, internal and external partners.
* Continuously looks to improve Invoice Automation rates.
* Continual review and update of internal processes and procedures.
* Working across teams to achieve set objectives/targets.
Compliance
* Comply with the best practice for the team within Financial Operations.
* Participate in day-to-day operation of the team as directed by the Team Leader.
* Responsible for the effective delivery of service to internal and external partners.
* Comply with Service Level Agreements, Task Level Descriptions (TLD's) and Key Performance Indicators.
* Comply with the appropriate control and audit mechanisms in line with the Company policy.
* Liaison with internal customers, group finance, internal and external auditors and others as required.
* Deliver a strong customer focus and quality service as part of the team.
