The Role Providing technical support for Drama, Music, and Performing Arts lessons Setting up and operating sound, lighting, and basic AV equipment Supporting rehearsals, performances, concerts, and school productions Ensuring performance spaces are safe, organised, and well maintained Managing props, staging, and technical resources Assisting staff and pupils with the safe use of equipment Supporting events and performances, including occasional out-of-hours work The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience in a Performing Arts, Drama, Music, or technical theatre role Practical knowledge of sound and lighting equipment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A flexible and proactive approach to work Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) The legal right to work in the UK School Information This independent school in Hampshire is known for its supportive leadership, strong pastoral care, and commitment to providing a broad and enriching education.
