Description
As a Business Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall effectiveness of the Business Support team and the high-quality service delivered to senior leaders and their teams. You will lead by example, providing strong people leadership, operational oversight and proactive support to the business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and developing a team of 5 within the business support team.
Overseeing and actively managing a fair and effective distribution of workload across the team, ensuring capacity, priorities and service levels are balanced.
Building team capability by developing skills, setting objectives,
Organising, preparing and chairing relevant manager meetings, and proactively driving actions and outcomes arising from those meetings.
Proactively supporting business leaders and their teams ensuring a high level of service is provided at all times.
Owning, leading and delivering ad hoc projects and process improvements, as required by the business.
Acting as a point of escalation for issues, ensuring risks are identified early and resolved effectively.

Job Offer
£55,000 to £62,000 (depending on the candidate) plus benefits
