Our client is seeking a proactive, technically capable Technical Support Engineer to join their office-based support team. This role will involve delivering high-quality remote support using PSA and RMM tools, responding to inbound telephone queries, and supporting clients across a wide range of sectors including care and legal services.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide efficient, high-quality remote technical support to end users
* Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants, including Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Endpoint Manager
* Install and configure Windows 11 devices and mobile devices
* Diagnose and resolve issues including mail flow, security, and client configuration
* Accurately document faults, fixes, and technical procedures
* Ensure cyber security best practices are consistently followed
* Take full ownership of support tickets through to resolution
