Role summary: The Data Analyst is pivotal in providing insights and supporting continuous improvement for cost and service performance across our Regional and Depot Management Teams. Supporting execution and tracking of cost and service improvements by identifying, gathering, analysing data and making your insights accessible to internal stakeholders, through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports Key responsibilities Collecting, processing, and analysing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in cost efficiency and service performance. Designing and implementing analytical solutions to help solve cost, service & scanning with integrity improvement opportunities Collaborating with colleagues to understand their business needs and providing insights and recommendations. Assist in the design and execution of experiments to test new processes or service models, analysing results to determine impact and scalability. Sharing best practice with colleagues to support cost, service and scanning with integrity improvement Communicate complex data concepts in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
