Catering Events Manager - Southwick, Hampshire

* 40 hours per week
* 5 days over 7
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Responsibility for the overall efficient and effective management of the contract to ensure high-quality, consistent Food, Beverage, and Accommodation services across all areas.
* Deputise for the General Manager in their absence.
* Maintain positive client relationships.
* Ensure smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers.
* Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members.
* Ensure the contract complies fully with company policies and procedures.
* Deliver on the financial budget and operate in line with net income and cost targets.
Our ideal Manager will:
* Have previous experience in contract catering.
* Be experienced in leading and managing teams to achieve results.
* Have a track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Exhibit strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
* Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues, customers, and clients at all levels.
* Be quality and process-driven with a focus on delivering results.
* Comply with company policies and procedures in line with client agreements.
* Be IT literate (MS Office, Email).
