We are seeking a high-energy deal-maker to spearhead growth in the hospitality & student living sectors.
The successful candidate will own a portfolio of named chains and main contractors, taking opportunities from first meeting through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
* Map and target c. 50 key accounts using HubSpot ABM tools.
* Build multi-level relationships (asset managers, project leads, QS).
* Lead discovery, develop ROI cases and coordinate estimators/designers.
* Secure pilot projects, then convert into multi-site frameworks.
* Smash monthly KPIs: >10 meetings, >£1 m qualified pipeline, >1 proposal/week.
About You
* 5+ years selling contract furniture, fit-out or FF&E packages (£500k+ deals).
* Black book inside Unite Students, Accor, IHG, Bowmer + Kirkland etc.
* Fluent in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and virtual demo tools.
* Commercially sharp: can build margin models and negotiate at C-level.
* Passionate about sustainability & circular design.

* £40 k basic + uncapped commission (£100k)
