£27, - £34, per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Enhanced family leave | 4-5 month FTC until the 31st May

As an HR Services Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our Regional Distribution Centre, supporting the HR Services and Employee Relations teams. From managing day-to-day admin tasks to handling sensitive information with care, you’ll keep things running smoothly so our colleagues can thrive.

This is a role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the small details right. You’ll join our friendly, enthusiastic team based within our Regional Distribution Centre, making a meaningful impact on both our people and our processes.

What you'll do

1. Handle correspondence with managers via email, letter, and telephone
2. Keep accurate records across our internal systems (e.g. Case Management Tool)
3. Minute-take at Disciplinary and Grievance meetings
4. Handle sensitive information with discretion
5. Support the ER team by answering enquiries, letters, and create admin packs for cases

What you'll need

6. Previous HR administration experience in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident telephone manner
8. IT skills with intermediate Word and Excel, plus experience using databases
9. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
10. Attention to detail and proactive approach
