The role will initially be compliance focussed to lead on a turnaround project to implement new, and upgrade existing policies and procedures relating to CQC quality and compliance, ready for CQC inspection. You must have demonstrable experience of CQC inspections with good or outstanding results in a domiciliary care setting. Once this initial project is completed, you will then move into the role of CQC Registered Domiciliary Care Manager for this branch in Telford.
