Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid)
Our client is looking for an experienced
Service Desk Analyst
to join their growing team on a permanent basis, based near Epsom.
Hybrid working
– 3 days on-site per week
Join a collaborative team of 5 supporting up to 500 end users
Hands-on role across 1st & 2nd line support (with exposure to 3rd line advantageous)
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' Service Desk experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
* Solid experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office / 365
* SCCM patching & device management knowledge
* Active Directory & user administration
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and working to SLAs
* PC build, imaging, configuration & hardware/software support
* Excellent documentation, organisation, and prioritisation skills
* A proactive, self-starting mindset with outstanding customer service
