Support a two elderly ladies in their own homes.
The role will require assisting with meal preparation, medication supervision, light household duties (emptying bins, changing bedding, washing dishes). In general preparing the ladies for their day ahead.
The candidate must have a compassionate and patient nature and be able to communicate effectively and bring to enhancement to the lives of they will be support.
Building positive relationships is key to the role. Therefore, understanding the needs of individuals and being able to work alone and use one’s initiative is crucial to the role and a positive outcome for the client.
A company uniform and training will be provided and paid for by the company, also a DBS Check.
