About the role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including:
* Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.
* Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
* Conducting Supervisions for staff members
* Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager
* Effectively lead shifts, direct and support colleagues
* Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments
* To support the induction of colleagues into the home
* To be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people
