We are seeking a relationship-focused volunteer to join our Communications team as the Insights Coordinator. This role is for someone who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, gathering insights, and supporting the development of content.

* Experience in stakeholder engagement, corporate communications, events, or relationship management.
* Strong communication, organisation, and note-taking skills.
* Comfortable facilitating discussions and gathering insights from stakeholders.
* An interest in DEI, HR, or workplace inclusion.
* Passionate about neurodiversity and creating positive change.
What will you be doing?
* Build relationship with the corporate membership team and engage corporate allies to deliver insights.
* Capture member stories, updates, and commentary on key themes.
* Plan and coordinate member discussions and roundtables.
* Work with the Copywriter to develop reports from roundtables and interviews.
* Support members in amplifying NiB content via corporate channels, press, blogs and leadership content
